Road Racing Springs
More responsive, smoother suspension feel, and stable tuning combine to inspire rider confidence.
Titanium springs are one of a limited number of weight saving opportunities allowed under the production class rules.
The lower weight of titanium springs lowers the system mass of the suspension which then generates less inertia. These effects contribute to a more responsive suspension providing maximum tire contact.
RCS Titanium springs are designed to resist set and have very accurate grinds on the ends. Accurate grinds improve the linearity of the spring rate and the initial load progression. This provides a smoother feel in the initial travel. Resisting set means that once the preload is “dialed” it will stay that way.
More responsive, smoother suspension feel, and stable tuning combine to inspire rider confidence. The lighter weight is a straight performance improvement.
For these reasons, RCS Titanium springs can be found on many of the top AMA Road Racers. RCS offers Titanium Springs to fit both Road Race and Street Bikes, with sizes and spring rates to fit Penske, Ohlins, WP, Fox, and other shocks.
