RCS now stocks straight rate Titanium Spring sizes to fit most Kyb, Showa, and WP applications. This covers most 125, 250, and 450cc bikes from Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and KTM's. We also carry a line of parts to fit many of the popular smaller 80-100cc bikes.
Titanium springs for motocross applications provide weight savings of up to two pounds. This is an easy swap and a relatively inexpensive way to save this much weight. Titanium springs also are more resistant to set than other performance aftermarket springs and in testing have demonstrated at least twice the life of other springs.
The substantial weight savings also improves the suspension performance by reducing the mass and inertia generated by displacements of the suspension system. A lighter suspension system will have improved response and performance. Think of blasting some high speed whoops with these springs!
