Renton Coil Spring Co. is registered. We can produce parts from round, square or rectangular cross section wire and bar. We are also have the capability to work with flat, sheet and strip material. Although we specialize in titanium we also make springs from all standard ferrous and non-ferrous spring materials.

Tooling department
We manufacture almost all our own tooling and some of our own spring manufacturing equipment. We have a very capable and experienced tooling staff. This allows us more flexibility and cuts down on the lead time for new projects.
Heat Treating
Our in house aerospace certified ovens are capable of 1200° F. So we can age or stress relieve too AMS H 6875 (MIL H 6875), AMS 2801 (MIL H 81200), AMS 5699, BAC 5617, BAC 5619, DPS 5.00, DPS 6.33, and others. We are NADCAP accredited for heat treat.
Finishing
We work with several local finishing companies. They perform NDT (Penetrant and magnetic particle inspection), chemical cleaning and plating, and shot peening.
Cycle testing
Our capability does not end with the manufacture of our springs. We are able to cycle test compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, double torsion springs, clock springs, and assemblies.
